LET’S START WITH VISUALS

Indoors or outside- we can film it! Our team can provide multiple cameras for your project, and because conferences are long form events- we run high-end professional camcorders. These cameras can be stationary, handheld, or a combination of both. Our cameras offer high res and 4k footage, as your project dictates. We also offer the option of live streaming and live camera switching, in addition to break out interviews-which can be shot with the background of your choice. If you have a specific unique request, not addressed on our site, please contact us. There’s a good chance we can accommodate your needs.

THEN LET’S TALK AUDIO

During typical conferences we run audio from the PA system directly into our equipment. If a PA system will not be used, we can provide lav mics for as many speakers as needed. Lav mics can be fully or partially concealed according to your preference. We offer multiple mic concealment options. Our audio gear is industry standard, with high quality mics and recorders that provide pristine audio, and our crew is highly trained at capturing the best sound.

FILE DELIVERY OR EDITING?

Once your project has finished, we are capable of file delivery using multiple methods. The easiest option is cloud file delivery, but you may want on site file delivery via hard drive. We can also mail you a hard drive following the event. All these methods will be discussed prior to starting you project, and you are able to choose the most convenient option for you.
